Doctors have told me to take both baby aspirin and statins, but I haven't been. I probably should do the aspirin. Not the statins, though. They cause me problems that I've been able to pinpoint and just aren't worth it. I ought to go onto a vegetarian diet. That would bring my cholesterol down the natural way. But how many years have I been talking about going on a vegetarian diet? It may never happen. I'm just happy to be eating less restaurant food these days.

I know one thing. When I take too many aspirin I bleed everywhere LOL. And they are rough on my stomach. I started taking them a while back for my heart and after reading this is MIGHT, not do me any good. They do ,do me some harm as i have stated.........
