Yes, THAT is exactly what I prefer. That, and grand juries like we typically have in Texas who clearly understand and are not afraid to assign full blame to the criminal perpetrator and no-bills the victim who defends themselves and/or others with deadly force.

I hate that I might need to defend myself with lethal force, but I'd rather do that than have someone explain to my husband that he's a widower because I was not allowed to do so.
