Why do they need asylum in the US?

THEY DON'T.

They say they face persecution back at home, but Tijuana is some 2500 miles from where they are from. Does that last 100 miles make that much difference?

NO, IT DOES NOT.

They say any country must provide asylum for refugees.

IS THAT WHAT THEY SAY? AND I CARE ABOUT WHAT THEY SAY.............BECAUSE? OH, THEY ARE NOW PART OF OUR LEGISLATIVE BRANCH OF GOVERNMENT? They're not even in our country yet, and they're telling us what to do? I don't think so!

Why is the US so much more responsible to them than Mexico?

THEY AREN'T.
