The Florida statewide machine recount just completed. Governor Rick Scott just asked his opponent Bill Nelson to concede.

Snipes said these results DO include those 205 votes (with the 23 votes ruled invalid) that Snipes first said she included in the initial count, then said on CNN she didn't.
They didn't finish duplicating some military/overseas votes, so those will be added into manual recount totals, Brenda Snipes said.
Total votes for machine recount, as read by Joseph D'Alessandro. Top line is total votes cast. When they don't add up it's because of additional or write in candidates as well as VBM duplicates that weren't counted.
