Overnight here and ongoing a little bit yet we have had an ice storm. We have a quarter inch of ice accumulation and downed power lines and tree limbs. Changing over to rain in a bit.

I get to drive in it in a couple hours going to COlumbus for all day meetings, trials, demos, and plant re-configuring. Should be a fun filled day once I get there.

I enjoy this kind of stuff. Let's me make improvements in a company's work flow and throughput, make them more efficient and less wasteful. Improves bottom line and employee morale.

I love it...

I've been monitoring weather.com pretty closely since the first real snowstorm is predicted for Friday.

1 to 3 inches. No big deal. It'll be gone before I notice...

This morning, I happened to take a look at the detail for Thursday (i.e. "today") - a "Mostly cloudy" day with, supposedly, 0% chance of precipitation. And it shows . . . 5 to 8 inches??? WHAT THE @#%&????

I bet the Weather.com emps get a real laugh out of misleading people this way...
