jim Acosta can speak all he wants to.

He can even speak on CNN for as long as he (and CNN) wants him to.

SUCH A LITTLE TWERP. Ya just can't monopolize a press conference and touch someone's harm - 98 lb. intern. Now me, I want someone to touch my arm.
---------------------------

But he does NOT have a Constitutional right to go to
the White House to speak.

Are you saying that Jimbo didn't write the Constitution. Oh, horrors, he just thinks he did.
Very entertaining to me, though. I lead a very boring life.

-----------------------
By the way, how does the right not to incriminate
oneself fit into all this?

ONE WORD ANSWER: ATTORNEYS!

Fifth Amendment to the United States Constitution
Constitutional amendment

The Fifth Amendment to the United States Constitution is part of the Bill of Rights and, among other things, protects individuals from being compelled to be witnesses against themselves in criminal cases.

The suit alleges that Acosta and CNN's First and Fifth Amendment rights are being violated by the ban.
