There is no constitutional right to possess a White House press pass, and it was not the property of Jim Acosta while he had it. The White House has not banned CNN ... they simply banned one particular employee of CNN because he insists on continuously making an ass out of himself.

What do you do with a two-year-old that throws a temper tantrum? Jim Acosta is in time-out.

jim Acosta can speak all he wants to.

He can even speak on CNN for as long as he (and CNN) wants him to.

But he does NOT have a Constitutional right to go to
the White House to speak.

>>>
The suit alleges that Acosta and CNN's First and Fifth Amendment rights are being violated by the ban.
>>>

By the way, how does the right not to incriminate
oneself fit into all this?

Zim.
