I've seen the Old Cad in action . . .

(I'll use the 'There were no WMD's in Iraq' as a demonstration.)

He starts with what his lords and masters tell him
to believe . . . (No WMD's.)

Then he makes a blanket assertion enabling him to believe it.

OCU > All Saddams WMD's were old decrepit worn out and of no use.)

When evidence contrary to his cherished fervent belief
is brought forth, he finds ways to minimize and then ignore it.

Zim > Look - here is an article about 50 chemical mortar
shells found in Iraq.

OCU > Those been buried so long they are no good.

Zim > Look - Here is an article about a binary nerve gas artillery shell found in Iraq.

OCU > There was only the one. It doesn't count.

Zim > Look - here is an article about a dozen new chemical warheads found in Iraq.

OCU > Those chemical warheads aren't really chemical warheads because they are empty.

It takes a special kind of stupid to deny something is not what
it clearly is . . . but that is how the OCU manages to believe
what is clearly not believable.

By the way, let us not forget how 'the mainstream media'
decreed incredibly toxic chemicals stored as if they was
intended to be used as the fill for chemical warheads . . .
Was magically transformed into 'harmless pesticides'.

It is hard for me to imagine, as an ME, IE of over 40 years of working with FACTS and HARD NUMBERS, dealing with various mathematical equations and disciplines, possessing a graduate Business Degree (MBA), and analyzing balance sheets and accounting data for my businesses, that anyone who supposedly works with data can literally ignore overwhelming volumes of FACTS.

It is unfathomable to me that LOGIC and facts somehow do not quite matter to this individual.. HIS DADDY was likely a hard core lefty and so because his horse, dog, cat are also, he chooses to spew crap which he does not understand makes him look like a total ignoramus. People who willfully, and willingly ignore facts in my view, are unstable in their thought processes.. They possess NO LOGIC, which is anathema in the scientific professions where mathematical logic must be followed.

IN Ohio, I pay attention to politicians. I despise Mike DeWine, just as I did Kasich. The alternatives on the DONKEY side were worse....
When Sherrod Brown first ran for Senate against DeWine, I voted for Brown. Why not? It got rid of DeWine who was a closet liberal out and a real liberal into the Senate.

I was hoping the people in this state would get rid of Brown when he was opposed by a true conservative. Unfortunately, we have never had a good candidate oppose him since... Maybe Brad Wenstrup should consider being a Senator instead of Congressman..

Anyway, yeah, I really do not understand this person and do not want to...at this point. Lost cause...
