Manchin: We're "on the verge" of a constitutional crisis due to Sessions's firing

http://thehill.com/homenews/administration/415716-manchin-were-on-the-verge-of-a-constitutional-crisis-due-to-sessions

What a bunch of hyperbolic nonsense. No one is preventing Mueller from presenting his findings. In fact, Republicans want him to get on with it and show the "results" of his now 18-month fishing expedition. Democrats want Mueller's wild goose chase to go on interminably because they know he has squadoosh.

The Attorney General is a member of the President's cabinet, and like any other cabinet member, he continues to serve in that position until the President says otherwise. There is NO constitutional crisis, here ... the President has every right to replace Sessions whenever he wants - period, end of story.

Sen. Joe Manchin (D-W.Va.) said Thursday that the U.S. is on the "verge" of a constitutional crisis because of the forced resignation of Attorney General Jeff Sessions

"I think it's a big mistake to let Sessions go," Manchin, who was the only Democratic senator to vote to confirm the former attorney general, said on "CBS This Morning." ...

Well, Joe ... you have no say in the matter ... hence the undeniable FACT that this does not constitute a constitutional crisis. The only thing this does constitute is an unfortunate situation where you have childishly crapped your own pants.
