Don't know if anyone has attempted to answer your question, yet, or not, but San Francisco can allow non-citizens to vote in local elections. However, that does NOT give them the right to vote in federal elections.

Okay,

call me whatever, BUT,

how do people who are KNOWN to NOT BE CITIZENS of the U.S> get to actually VOTE in an election and be legal???
