I cut out SUGAR last week totally. ALso no bread or buns. Or anything FRIED...
Lost 5 pounds in one week.
So far this past five months I have lost over 30 pounds..
So I am feeling good about that. Another 20 or so and I will be back to my high school athletic build days without the athletic build! lol!!!
Have dropped TWO BELT nothches and pants and shirts are gettingi baggy. Maybe by January I will need to change my wardrobe to next size down. That would be sweet....
