We made it home safe and sound yesterday afternoon. Now I've got to catch-up all my emails and postings to say nothing of sorting out some 2,500+ photos my wife and I took while we were in Hawaii.

Note that yesterday and today we're on the 'Big Island' of Hawaii and today is the first day of decent weather. It appears that the final dregs of tropical storm Olivia have passed over the islands.

Here's how it looked earlier today on the Kono Coast of the 'Big Island', your sort of quintessential image of what you expect Hawaii to look like:

Here's a shot of our cruise ship, NCL's 'Pride of America', anchored off of Kono. There are no shore facilities to handle a ship of this size and so we had to use tenders to to get to and from the ship to the dock:
