...remember Dan Rather and his "We need those votes" comment when Gore lost to Bush?

Liberals are like a "Slinky". Totally useless, but somehow ya can't help but smile when you see one tumble down a flight of stairs!

CNN's Enten: "Unfortunately" Ted Cruz Is Ahead of O'Rourke in Most Polls

http://www.newsbusters.org/blogs/nb/brad-wilmouth/2018/09/21/cnns-enten-unfortunately-ted-cruz-ahead-orourke-most-polls

On Friday's New Day show on CNN, during a discussion of the upcoming congressional midterm elections and high desires by Democrats to defeat Texas Senator Ted Cruz, CNN Politics senior writer Harry Enten actually declared that, "unfortunately," Cruz is ahead of Democrat Beto O'Rourke in most of the polls. ...

After introducing Enten, Berman talked up the strong desire of Democrats to win Texas as he added: "Harry, you look at Texas - you look at the race against Ted Cruz - Democrats so badly want this. They have so much hope here, but there are some signs in the polls they may have their hopes dashed."

Enten made it sound "unfortunate" that Cruz is likely to win reelection as the CNN analyst began his analysis: "If liberal hopes could drive a Senate campaign to victory, Beto O'Rourke would be winning by 40 points. Unfortunately, the vast majority of the polls do show him losing, including a recent Quinnipiac poll that shows him down nine points in the state to Ted Cruz."
