Re: “RACE RACE RACE ,,,,,, Aint we got nothing better to bitch about??? chezzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz”
Racism, in and of itself, is no longer a significant problem in the U.S. except by those who capitalize on it for political purposes and monetary gain.
However, incessant bitching about racism is one of our society's more serious mental illnesses. It works people into an obsessive frenzy over something that is mostly in their heads. Ironically, the bitching and the resultant paranoia are beginning to stir up real race-based hatreds once more.
If they would just let it go, skin color would no longer matter to the overwhelming majority of people. I think conservatives would be happy to let it go. But blacks in particular have become highly dependent upon imagined racism, and liberals will never let them overcome it. Perceived racism is too useful to the left.
So much for MLK and his dream. It turns out that it really was only a dream. How could we have known when Martin Luther King was alive that his side would never be willing to judge others by the content of their character and not the color of their skin?

Gold is $1,581/oz today. When it hits $2,000, it will be up 26.5%. Let's see how long that takes. - De 3/11/2013 - ANSWER: 7 Years, 5 Months
