...I think it's more a case of blundering incompetence on the part of locals. Ya had a kidnapping that went across state lines (federal) and Muslim extremist. IMHO this should have been investigated by the fbi and DHS. Of course they are all busy trying to hang a duly elected president who once spoke to a Russian.
