ABC news says a water heater or something exploded in a nearby apartment and there were never any drones. I was wondering why nobody was injured if it was a drone attack.

IMHO, this was a staged event to give Maduro the justification for granting himself more powers. Wait and see if Im not right. When ya run out of other peoples money it's always a good idea to get in a war with one of your neighbors so ya can plunder them.
