the obvious answer is NO.

The problem is simply that slightly less than HALF of people are actually PAYING ANYTHING for a MEDICARE monthly premium. We do however have a medicare tax coming out of payroll checks for those working full time jobs at a real company that is above board.

That said, this illustrates the point that has been made here a lot and in pretty good illustrations that FREE for EVERYONE on ANYTHING does not ever work unless you want to be Venezuela.. or any other third world craphole....

...cost per taxpayer will be twice that because 47% or the people pay no taxes. Can you afford it?
