Sounds like a plan.
As long as the heating and AC work it'll do.
(And, you can always run an extension cord and pop in a window unit for AC.)

I believe I'd use concrete and cinderblocks to make a foundation,
take the wheels off and let it RIP. (Rust in peace.)

We bought the Airstream Avion we looked at today. It's comparatively expensive and needs a lot of work, but at least it's clean and dry. It's what my wife wanted - a project to keep herself busy for a few years.

She doesn't want it as a camping trailer, mind you, but as a project and ultimately as a personal craft room. She'll have her hands full, but it's her retirement present to herself. I'm not alone in thinking she's crazy. Even she agrees.

Tomorrow (Sunday) we're going to look at a much less expensive and nicer trailer. Assuming we get it, it's going to be MY present. None of this "needs some TLC" nonsense for me...
