Cops Target ATVs, Find Weapons In Atlanta
Atlanta Police say people using ATVs and dirt bikes on city streets has become a problem, especially during summer months.
A Sunday operation between Atlanta Police and the Georgia State Patrol resulted in 29 traffic stops, 11 arrests, six firearms being recovered and 14 vehicles being impounded. Of the firearms confiscated, two were found to be stolen and three were in the possession of convicted felons, police said.

...these are not folks out for a ride, they are thugs out looking to intimidate and frighten people. Small scale terrorism. They don't just use the road, they take over the road.
