...agreed that civil war as in States against federal govt not likely at this time. Insurrection by out of control leftists is possible though.

I don't have the bandwidth to watch the video right now. I'll just say that the chance of a "second civil war" in the conventional sense is zero in the foreseeable future. None of the states are so conservative that they would rebel militarily against the Federal government or other states.

However, the odds of a significant REVOLUTION are quite a bit higher. If the time frame is 25 years, I'd put the chances at better than even.
