Oregon woman killed in I-5 collision near Arlington caused by wrong-way driver

The man was booked into the Snohomish County Jail Sunday night on suspicion of vehicular homicide, driving a vehicle without an ignition interlock device and driving with an invalid license.

HE WAS DRUNK,, didn't know he was on the wrong side of the freeway!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! He had 4 wrecks on his 6 mile wrong way drive............
