Went to the hospital today for my shoulder MAN, what a mess

My shoulder is dislocated by 2 inches and all the legitimates that hold it all together are gone but one. Surgery time. No wonder I hurt for the last two months working. I will be off a couple weeks. I will sleep LOL......

See that hole above my arm shoulder?? The shoulder bones are suppose to be in that hole.
