Amen, Ribit. Years ago, in Houston, at the church I was attending, a woman was by herself in the building when a man broke in. She pepper sprayed him, but he shrugged it off and viciously attacked her.

Pepper spray is useless against psychopaths. It only makes 'em madder and more aggressive. A 45 to center mass works wonders at short cutting that problem.

A Colorado congressional candidate has found an eye-catching way of advocating for stricter gun control in his latest campaign ad.

In the ad, released last Friday, Democrat Levi Tillemann shows himself being pepper-sprayed. After a few moments of the yellow spray stinging his face, Tillemann plunges his head into buckets of soap and water and uses a hose to wash his eyes.

...the pepper spray DOES NOT disable him. If he was armed with a gun a knife a hammer or any other similar weapon he could still kill or cripple ya.
