...had a buddy who was a warrant officer in the Army. He decided to retire and they decided to outsource his job to a civilian contractor. Told him to write the requirements / pedigree for a replacement. He wrote it in such a fashion that he was the only person on the planet with the proper credentials. He got the job. Worked another ten years.
