Sweeeeeet!!!!!!

I had taken a pound and a half Sirloin that was about 3/4 inch thick and cut it into bite size tips and then put them into a crock pot to simmer for several hours and then added mushroom soup and cream to make stroganoff with Beef Tips. Boiled some nice egg noodles and me and miz micro enjoyed a nice plate full of beef stroganoff using sirloin steak cut into tips..

Got two more of them steaks in the freezer and a gas grill waiting to sizzle them this week-end along with baking some taters... A mountain of real butter and smothered in sour cream and fresh chives should finish off the potato.
