...the over valuation is prompted by government appraisers who think the taxpayers are an endless source of money for them. There are folks in the Atlanta area who have had their home value (for taxation purposes) doubled or even tripled over one year. Many people are saying they cannot pay the taxes and will be forced out. If they ever raise my taxes to the point of forcing me out, I will burn it to the ground and set up a tent.
Liberals are like a "Slinky". Totally useless, but somehow ya can't help but smile when you see one tumble down a flight of stairs!
