...I beg to differ slightly. There is such a thing as an "Inactive Shooter". They are usually covered with a tarp and have crime scene tape all around.

What a misnomer.... To SHOOT is a VERB. ACTION.

SHOOTER is one who is literally shooting. Again, ACTION VERB.

ACTIVE SHOOTER is an oxymoron. It is repetitive and incorrect because it implies that there is an "inactive" shooter....

I wish these millennial reporters would actually learn the English language.

This is what I meant the other day when I ststaed that people who graduated from HIGH SCHOOL back in the 80's and before had a better education. Earlier than the 80's was even better.

COllege grads for most part are just morons.....
