...it appears to me that a bunch of these "Take downs" are a bad case of overkill. If ya got a perp mouthing off (venting for the most part) and ya lay hands on him he will fight ya. The average non criminal type will fight ya under the same circumstances. Looks to me like the cops is bringing a lot of this crap on themselves.

Liberals are like a "Slinky". Totally useless, but somehow ya can't help but smile when you see one tumble down a flight of stairs!
