...it's like that basketball player, a pro afaletes, who took up two handicap parking places and when the cops addressed the problem with him he got all huffy and wound up getting tazed and jailed. Now they investigating the cops 'behavior'. No mention of the basketball players behavior is mentioned. Once upon a time a long time ago a niece of mine was on the way home from her mothers and she stopped in the local Kroger around 2:30 am to get some milk and bread or some such. The parking lot was virtually empty so she took a handicap parking place. She got a ticket and paid a $500.00 fine. This guy is a pro afaletes, so he gets off scott free and the cops get punished. Go figure.
