SO, we know that NOBODY on their OWN MERIT can ever come to a HOLY and RIGHTEOUS GOD in their own state of unrighteous.
For what communion does unrighteousness have with righteousness???
2 Cor. 6: 14 says "Be ye not unequally yoked together with unbelievers: for what fellowship hath righteousness with unrighteousness? and what communion hath light with darkness?"
The very reason GOD THE FATHER turned His Holy eyes away from His own dear SON was because when JESUS took upon himself ALL the SINS we ever committed and HE became SIN for us, GOD THE FATHER could NOT LOOK UPON SIN or have fellowship with SIN. And that was what Jesus became for us. BY HIS DEATH, HE PAID THE PENALTY FOR OUR SINS that we could could be cleansed, forgiven, granted pardon and Grace and forever rein as Priests and Kings with HIM forever!
