I got a similar problem . . .
Mine went to the Philippines till June.
I'm having a good time in the frozen TV dinner section
at the Kroger. I like the Stouffers stuffed green
peppers and Stouffers French Bread Pizzas are pretty
good too.

You want my rib recipe? I buy a rack of baby back ribs and
cut them into meal sized pieces. Freeze all but one
dinners worth. Then drizzle the one with a rib-rub.
Wrap it up real tight in aluminum foil then bake it
at 300 degrees Fahrenheit for two and a half hours.
If I'm feeling ambitious I'll slather some barbecue
sauce on it . . . The stuff is tasty and falling off
the bone tender.

I also have a chicken and rice recipe. (Calls for Campbells
soup - I need some more sales to keep the profits and
my dividend up. ;-)

This foot thing is really bad. If these are what they refer to as the LISFRANC bones and there are indicated multiple fractures there, She will need surgery, be in a boot or cast for 12 weeks, I will be losing weight, and then there is the therapy after that......

And she does not do well with crutches. Not strong enough or coordinated enough to use them.

This is bad for me because she is an outstanding cook and baker. She runs my house and takes care of everything in the home. I supply the income....

I did GRILL me a pack of hot dogs today. I refrigerate them and warm them up whenever I need a quick bite....

Yep, I'm that good of a cook! lol!!!!!
