Thanks Zim!

Ya know, Ribs and I have been saying it for a long time now, but it it is true, if ya want to end something definitely, send in equipped and supported MArines with a clear and well understood mission. Let them do the job they are trained to do and it will get done...

No offense to our friends in the Army. If you turn us loose and let us do our work, there isn't much of anything walking on two legs that is going to stop us...

That is true.

I defer to my brother Ribit because he is older than me and I respect him. Likely he outranks me as well. Even he didn't, I still will defer to my brother out of pure respect....

Semper Fi my brother....

Artillery: The Four Ton Wonder

http://www.strategypage.com/htmw/htart/20180507.aspx

May 7, 2018: The U.S. Department of Defense recently revealed that a U.S. Marine artillery battalion (1st Battalion, 10th Marines) fired more rounds (35,000) in a single campaign (Syria June-October 2017) than any American artillery battalion (army or marine) since the Vietnam War. The individual marine 155mm howitzers also fired more round per gun and fired the largest number of GPS guided rounds per gun in one campaign. Moreover, there were never more than six of the marine 155mm howitzers in action at any one time.
