Seems 'somebody' decided it was 'legal' for certain
entities to 'create' fictitious shares of a company
so that they could sell them to short the company.
Personally I think such a thing should be highly illegal.
Anyway, I once had a fantasy about buying up all the
shares of a heavily shorted stock . . . then driving
the share price up and forcing the short holders to
make good on ALL the shares - real or fictitious.
