...you don't understand that AT&T is now in the NO SERVICE business. Pesky customers are a bottleneck in the flow of paperwork. If you take care of customers and defective products ya don't have time to write your goals and accomplishments for the year. You will never get a promotion or a raise.

YOU have a bad ATT modem, took it to a UPS store and they refused to take it from you ??? To take care of your account?

just my opinion but seems like if it was an ATT modem that an ATT store should have gladly taken it from you and sent it wherever it needed to go.....

THE ATT store at our local mall does just that......

That's kind of strange....
