For sure, Cohen's going to lose his licence to practice law.

But I think he's not going to pass go. He's heading to jail. He's bound to want a deal.

Also, the tapes Cohen made with this other attorney are surely going to record Trump's involvement in settling the case with Stormy.

But Trump can't invoke attorney-client privilege because he has denied any involvement.

Ouch!

Can pardons be a type of obstruction? I suspect they can.
