For sure, Cohen's going to lose his licence to practice law.

But I think he's not going to pass go. He's heading to jail. He's bound to want a deal.

Also, the tapes Cohen made with this other attorney are surely going to record Trump's involvement in settling the case with Stormy.

But Trump can't invoke attorney-client privilege because he has denied any involvement.

Ouch!

Poisonous web.

Can pardons be a type of obstruction? I suspect they can.

"According to CNN, the records seized from Cohen included tapes that he recorded of conversations with Davidson. Wedge said that the lawyer never consented to any recordings of his conversations with Cohen and that if such tapes exist, “Davidson will pursue all his legal rights under the law.”

Davidson has hired Miami attorney Michael D. Padula, who specializes in white-collar crime."

I almost feel sorry for him.

Okay. Maybe not.

But I understand why folks say he is likely to switch sides. He's in a terrible pickle.
