...people who have been shot at have a certain look in their eyes. They can be standing in the walmart but their eyes never stop moving. Checking out people, checking out places where someone could be hiding, looking for ambushes. Hogg don't have it. He appears to be trying to attract maximum attention. Folks who have been shot at try to blend in. Hogg is about as much a hero from the Florida shooting as John Kerry was in Vietnam.
