Checking out people, checking out places where someone could be hiding, looking for ambushes. Hogg don't have it. He appears to be trying to attract maximum attention. Folks who have been shot at try to blend in. Hogg is about as much a hero from the Florida shooting as John Kerry was in Vietnam.
Liberals are like a "Slinky". Totally useless, but somehow ya can't help but smile when you see one tumble down a flight of stairs!
