Those sites didn't work correctly, so I ran Google's speed test. The results were nowhere near as good as yours, but Google still says my internet is "fast".
Update: I tried it again half an hour later and Google now says my internet is "very slow." Just goes to show you: If you want fast internet, don't move into an apartment complex.
