A Facebook "friend" posted a message about the school walk-out in which he claimed our government had put the 2nd Amendment above student lives and that "Mental health is an issue too, but you can't shoot people if you don't have guns."
I explained why the 2nd Amendment was so important, and he then asked why I always have to disagree with him. "You're only making yourself look bad," he said.
LOL. My skin is pretty thick. I don't think he needs to worry about how I'm making myself look.
I told him that if he has surrounded himself with friends who, except for me, all share his ideological perspective, then he might get the impression that everyone agrees with them - but they do not and he should be aware of that.
Another of his friends chimed in and said that I am obviously a troll and a bully and that he can block me.
*BOOM* My Facebook friendship was terminated.
Wow. I'm always a bit shocked when this happens. What is it with liberals and running away? It's a disease they all seem to share.
