...when I was golfing I did the same thing everybody else does and that is to try and knock the ball out of the park every time I hit it. I would bring that clubhead around so far that I could turn my head slightly to the left and see the clubhead just over my shoulder. After suffering with back pain and having time to think about the golf swing, I started by thinking about the hammer swing. Nobody draws a hammer back that far to hit a nail. Ya can actually get a pretty good lick on a nail not lifting the hammer any higher than yer head. Ya can do the same thing with a golf bat. Take the club head back til the clubhead is no higher than your shoulder. Swing away. Anything you lose in distance will be made up in accuracy.
...if ya is wondering about my golf credentials, I can break 120 on any course in America unless it has lots of water.
