Well, that is more true than not.
In my case. this is not from anything to do with the golf swing. It is not muscular and it is also not anything that was caused internally by that twisting motion either.
This is obvious as to the exact problem. A GROWTH that has grown directly into and against the main nerve root in lower left side of spine. L-4 area. (tail bone height)
I have the usual arthritis present but none of that is causing any problems and is not doing anything. This is strictly a growth that needs to be removed.
Doc says this is it. The Radiologist also states that this is the pain generator.
NOW THEN, after the procedure is done, and we get some spring weather, I can go out and see if I can mess up my back muscles by twisting and turning too much, and over swinging, which is the main reason duffers hurt themselves, and pros also...
