Which points out why food stamps and ALL welfare type
programs should be administered and funded by the
respective State governments.

I believe it is also why the Founding Fathers wrote
the Constitution the way the wrote it - it was
supposed to keep the welfare wanna-be's in one state
from stealing the money from the other states.
