Liberals used to be great at short-term thinking - such as winning the next election by selling their souls. (They haven't been so good at this lately.)

The long-term befuddles them.

Canadian Prime Minister Justin Trudeau said in a recent interview that Islamic State fighters who return home to Canada can be rehabilitated and serve as "an extraordinarily powerful voice for preventing radicalization in future generations."

...Monsieur Trudeau is mistaken if he thinks these folks are going to be anything other than a pain in the ass and an ongoing source of terrorism in Canada as well as the U.S. They should never be allowed to return to Canada.
