Its got all that,I get to the install voice data and when I click I choose english and next screen says its 8.4 mgs, and that is as far as I got. Couldn't complete the task or I too dumb to know what to do LOL.

I have a question.

Does your cell phone have speech to text like in Android for instance?

I can say Okay google and then tell it to send text and then dictate the text while driving, tell it who to send it to, and command SEND. It gets done.

If you could do that and send the message to your computer email, or maybe GMAIL, Your notes would be written as you dictated and all you have to do is look at them, edit, and print.

Just a thought........ But I know the phone thing works in android and Apple...

Hope this might be an alternate solution for you.
