As with any large financial transactions, identities and parties must be verified to make sure someone else is not helping themselves to YOUR money.

Discrimination? Not the way I see it. I would look at that as no different than my bank asking me for I.D. if I want to withdraw some cash and the teller does not know me...

I say thank you for asking. I'm sure you are same way as well!
