SNiffles from acold are a different thing though and I had my share of employees who looked for reasons NOT to come to work. I motivated some by not paying them for using up tooo many sick days.....
...whether ya go to work or not when ya sick kinda depends on the situation ya find yerself in. For example, if you have the flu and ya work in a nursing home ya should probably keep yer butt in bed at the house.
