I have tried sitting here to read up and I have mnanaged to go thru a few posts. It has taken 2 hours to be able to stand, hobble, and sit on this office chair.
I do have a TENS unit running trying to quell the firing muscles and tendons from the lower back. My left leg, particularly the calf muscle on down to the ankles is completely numb to the touch.
Thankfully, this afternoon I get to go see the orthopedic doctor around 1:45 p.m. MAYBE I can get out of pain soon.
So far this morning I have gone thru two ice packs, 5 fifteen minute sessions with the Tens unit, taken 4 advil and two 1000 mg. tablets of tylenol, tried to sit in five different chairs. Nothing is working.
I HATE mornings.
I simply cannot be here any longer so I am signing off and saying farewell until I can sit or stand without having shooting pain from my low back shooting across the left side and down the BUTT and the muscles into the calf and down to the ankle. I could just scream...
However, while I complain, I do so in silence.
Can't wait to actually see this specialist. Hopefully this isn't a BS visit. I need help and need it NOW. I do not want to wait another week to see someone else....
I cannot be in this kind of pain at Christmas. I can't sit, stand, lay down, get dressed by myself, bend, and driving is at this point non-existent.
And yet I have to see six clients between now and next Friday...... Good luck with that.....
Oh well,
got to go. Sorry for the rant/whine, whatever. I have to find some position I can get in to relieve this lower spine pressure.....
Catch you all I do not know when.
PLay nicely like you always do.
bye for now.
