After reading the article, my question is ... WHAT charges could the authorities have possibly leveled against Lucian Wintrich, in the first place??? A group properly reserves a venue for a peaceful presentation and another group bent on denying the First Amendment rights of others vocally and physically disrupts and shuts down the perfectly lawful presentation - resulting in property damage. How is the speaker at the presentation responsible?
