Greetings board!
That was a great visit and a very impressive facility I was at today. IN the middle of very rural Ohio country. It was absolutely amazing what this place does.
Trying to get there and back was very difficult for me today.
I did something very stupid on my part a week ago. I helped lift one end of a normal size electric Range and carry it to a pickup truck with my friend for His daughter who need one. I just had purchased a new one.
Ever since then my very low back near the tailbone has been extremely inflamed and pain shooting into my left cheek and searing down into my calf of my left leg.
I have great difficulty trying to be able to sit, stand, or walk as this is extrememly painful in the low back around the S, S1 vertebra. I mean drop you on the floor suddenly jolting sharp pain.
I take 5 Advil at a time to try to get some relief.
Fortunately my wife was able to call our Orthopedic doctor group and got me an appointment on Wednesday next week.
I simply cannot get into ANY sitting position in the car that releieves the jolting shooting pain in my low back and into my left leg.
I sure hope it is something simple like a badly strained muscle or something but I suspect it is a ruptured or herniated disc, OR, perhaps my spine on that side now has as much arthritis as the other side did when I had a 4 hour surgery a few years ago.
Can't wait until Wednesday now.... I need some pain meds BADLY. The anti-inflammatory is simply not taking care of it.
Beyond that,
Had great meeting today. Am able to quote some good business and have some ongoing continual business with these folks. Very nice people I might add.
Anyway, I made it back safely but am just in excruciating low back pain as I sit here. Which means I need to get up and go take five more Advil......

Got to go turn on the Tens unit also... That might help....
